Rules & Regulations – Myers at Work Contest sponsored by John H. Myers & Son – US LBM, LLC dba Myers Building Product Specialists :

Myers at Work contest winner will receive a Yeti cooler. Contest is open to John H. Myers & Son – US LBM, LLC dba Myers Building Product Specialists (“Myers”) customers who provide a valid Myers customer ID number.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and must be a legal resident of Pennsylvania or Maryland . Contest is void where prohibit ed by law. Employees of Myers , its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. One (1) entry per household.

Only ( 1) one prize will be awarded. Prize is non – transferable, has no cash value, cannot be combined with any other offer or coupons and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned. All prize – related expenses, including without limitation , any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of winner.

Myers has the right to refuse entries that include any and all language or photos that are determined by Myers , in its sole and absolute discretion, to be offensive, defamatory, obscene, lewd, unlawful or inappropriate. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole and absolute discretion of Myers.

Only one entry per Myers customer, Facebook user and IP address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same Facebook user and IP address will not be included .

Contest begins on September 14 , 2018 and all photo submissions must be received by Myers no later than October 14 , 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Contest ends on October 15 , 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Myers has the right to disqualify any participants / entries at any point and time during the promotional contest period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be chosen, from all eligible entries, by random drawing on October 15 , 2018 . If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fail s to claim the prize within seven (7) days from award notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Myers reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

You agree to release, defend and hold harmless Myers and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, owners, members, managers, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers an d directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that many occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrants participation in the contest and / or his / her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or in accessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

Remedies shall include preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and other equitable remedies.

The contest hosted by Myers is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

I hereby grant permission to Myers to publish photographs taken of me and/or my personal property or that I have provided, for use in any form of Myers print or digital advertising and marketing. I attest that I have full authorization to consent to publication of these photos. Further, I hereby agree to release , defend and hold harmless Myers from any and all damages that may arise out of or in connection with a reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality , trade libel , the right of publicity or likeness or any law related to intellectual property or advertising, which are associated with the above specified images.

I further acknowledge that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Myers publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever and that participation is voluntary.

I hereby release Myers , and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, owners, members, managers, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors , involved in the creation or publication of advertising and marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
